How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled 'add to cart', within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the 'add to cart' button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to 'Edit Cart' in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the basket, you can also edit them further from here.

How do I get to the checkout?
First locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to 'Checkout' in the top menu navigation bar. When the link to 'Checkout' is clicked on, it will take you directly to the secure checkout for completion of the purchase.

How do I check the shipping cost on my items?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the shopping cart basket in one of the side columns of the online store. In this box you will see a link to 'calculate shipping'.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received to the site owners administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
 If goods are in stock, orders are despatched within 14 days of your order. October though December within 21 days
. As our items are handmade, lovingly made to order.

My order never arrived
Please contact the site owner via the 'contact us' page if your order has not been received within the time originally stated in the checkout or what you deem to be reasonable. If your order is lost by Australia Post will resend your order but we request that three weeks pass from the despatch date prior to the order being resent. For international orders six weeks is required to wait!

An item is missing from my shipment or is broken.
Please contact the site owner via the 'contact us' page if your order is incomplete or incorrect. 

Rarely do we have something returned to us, with manufacturer faults.   We will happily assist in repairing any item(s) that is needed, and send the item(s) back to its owner with no charge.  However we do assess the damage and reserve the right to charge for repairs if we feel that the item(s)have not been treated with care.

If for some reason your item arrives broken, we will happily repair any damage that has occured during transit. We ensure all our customers that we do pack all of our deliveries very carefully to protect from such occurances.

However, If you have accidently damaged your new treasure then repair costs will apply and all postage expense will be charged to the customer. Assesment of repair charges will be determined on an individual basis, and will require that the customer send the item back to us at their expense. Our charges are always fair, we want you to be enjoying your treasure again as soon as possible!

 

When will my backorder arrive?
Your item will be received within the time frame recommended on the product page of the item when it was purchased. If the item is later than expected, please contact the web shop owner via the 'contact us' page.

We will ship the back order, which including other items that are in stock, as soon as possible, but a we reserve the right to charge for the back order items at the time of your order. If you wish for the other items in the order to be delivered prior to the estimated due date, a further delivery charge will be incurred.

How do I create an account?
Once you have placed an order the prcess with prompt you to create an account, you can use this for future purchases. Once you log in,  the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you have an account with us and you have a discount for a purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

On the edit page of your account, found via the 'log in' box, there is a link called 'Forgotten your password? Click here.' This is where you can have your password emailed directly emailed to you.

Do you ship to my country?
To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site. Within this shopping basket there is a link called 'calculate shipping'. Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.

What are my payment choices?
Payment options will be listed on the third page of the secure checkout. At the base of the page there will be a drop down list to choose your preferred method.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find shipping costs for, then locate the shopping basket in one of the side columns of the online store. In this box you will see a link to 'calculate shipping'. From this page you can enter your country and postcode to calculate the shipping cost on the items in your cart.

All our Beautiful designs are boxed and sent to you using Australia post. We have a no safe drop policy, so your purchase is always safe and secure. This simply means that if no person if there to collect the parcel, it goes back to your local post office for you to collect when convenient for you.

We have never lost an item, but if for some reason you don't hear from us within a reasonable time after ordering you can always contact us to see if we can work together to rectify or chase up any that may have slipped by.

All prices shopping cart are guaranteed to be fair and accurate in our industry market, they will not alter from the time of your purchase to the time you are charged.

Please note for wholesalers, if paying by credit card the merchant fee will be passed on at time of order.

APPLY FOR WHOLESALE ACCESS

Please follow the link if you would like to register to become a wholesale customer here  IMPORTANT: Once you have registered we will need to approve your wholesale status.

Wholesale policies

All wholesale orders must be approved customers.  

All  wholesale orders must pay the required non refundable 50% deposit before we commence work on your order. We require the balance of such orders to be pain in full before we will send the order out to you.  We do not offer accounts. Direct deposit is our preferred payment option.  Credit card and payments will attract a 2% fee from the 1st July 2014.

Order turn around times can depend on what is ordered and can take any where from 1-3 weeks, as all items are handmade and not mass produced. We appreciate your patience and consideration when placing your orders and suggest that you order well in advance so not to experience dissappointment.

Ordering from a trade fair- Initial orders can take up to 8 weeks to dispatch and require a non refundable 50% deposit upon order submission. First order minimum is $500, with a minimum of three pieces per item. Any consecutive orders are minimums of $100 per order, minimum of three peices. We make exceptions for personalised pieces from our bespoke ranges and family equation range.

We offer Product Postcode exclusivity, this is on a first in first served basis, and is honoured from trade fair to trade fair basis. There are conditions, please drop us an email for more information. You can view our current stockists here.  


Stockists are listed on our website and advertised through our 
facebook page so that fans of our designs can easily find your store to make their purchases, please let us know upon application if you do not wish your store to be advertised by us.

Returns. All fault claim must be reported in wirtting with in 7 days and must be supported with an image of proof, We may then require the retun of the item to be assessed and if we find the faulty to be deemed a manufacuting error then a replacement will be provided if a repair cannot be made. If the item cannot be replaced then a store credit will be given. 

"change of mind" refunds are not offered at any time. 

If you find that an item is missing from your order, this must be reported in writting with in 7 days.
